Job description
We are looking for a Site Manager with experience in linear construction (highways and roads) to lead an initial phase project in Murcia.
The project consists of improving the safety and capacity of the slip road from the A-30 motorway to the MU-30 motorway, with an estimated duration of 12 months and an approximate budget of 12 million euros.
Main functions
Planning, organization and coordination of work on site
Direction and supervision of execution
Request for proposals and comparative analysis
Supplier and subcontractor management
Monthly production control and project closure
Direct relationship with the client
Preparation and monitoring of certifications
Development of planning and master plan
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals and Ports, Civil Engineering / Public Works or a degree that qualifies you to practice the profession
Qualification recognized in Spain
Recent experience in linear construction (roads/highways)
To have led at least one complete road construction project as a Site Manager
Experience in projects of at least 8 million euros
