At Tandem Global HR Consulting, we are collaborating with a leading company in the development of infrastructure at an international level, with a strong presence in sectors such as renewable energy, industrial, real estate and concessions.
We are looking to hire an Industrial Purchasing Engineer for projects in the energy sector (renewables, electricity, oil & gas, telecommunications, traffic and industry).

What will your mission be?
You will be part of the Purchasing area, leading strategic acquisition processes for industrial and energy projects, ensuring efficiency, quality and cost optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Development, monitoring and optimization of purchasing plans
- Identification and negotiation of strategic purchases
- Comprehensive supplier management: sourcing, qualification, and evaluation
- Preparation of RFQs, technical-economic analysis and comparative studies
- Negotiation of commercial terms: prices, deadlines, contracts
- Technical review of projects and proposal of optimized alternatives
- Coordination with Research and Legal teams
- Tracking deliveries, incidents, and contract compliance
- Technical documentation management: certificates, endorsements and guarantees
- Participation in site visits when necessary
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial)
- More than 10 years of experience in Purchasing within the industrial or energy sector
- Experience in technical and contractual negotiation with suppliers
- English level C1 (essential)
- Advanced proficiency in office software
- Availability to travel internationally

- Salary: €55,000 gross/year + variable
